You'll need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. Our platform is compatible with popular browsers, and no additional software installation is required.

You can easily cancel or reschedule a session by contacting your child's tutor or our support team directly. If you purchase the monthly session plan, you will receive a 100% refund for all cancelled sessions.

For GCSE tutoring, we offer one-to-one sessions, as we recognise the significance of GCSEs and place an importance on allowing tutors to address individual challenges and adapt their teaching methods, to ensure a focused and effective learning journey. For KS3 and below, class sizes are kept to a maximum of three students per group. As small group sessions foster collaboration and interaction, creating a supportive environment for students to learn not only from the tutor but also from their peers. This approach promotes engagement and a well-rounded learning experience.
